Often we can’t detect, or don’t think to look for, the merge point between the collective life and the self’s life. But this meeting point has much to reveal to us of the commonality in our personal stories and of the deep contribution that we make to the whole when we face and move through our personal challenges. The dedicated higher self in each of us can feel camaraderie, support, and togetherness with others and with spirit through this awareness of oneness. Take a moment this evening, as the moon moves to fullness and a cycle to fruition, to feel where your life story weaves into the life story of an evolving humanity. Draw from the deep well of support that is there. Align the parts of you opposed to change with change, breathing deeply when fear or doubt arises. That which will be left behind, or perhaps integrated in a more holistic way, are the struggling aspects of the personality that, on your good days, you long to part with and that, on your bad days, you hold on to with an iron grip. This evening, let a deep prayer, arising from the inner self’s positive intentionality towards change, fulfillment, and deeper unity, carry you through.
